How do I cancel my account?
Rest assured. A lot of payment systems use the recurring billing option. Often it is hard to cancel that
automated option. We do not support recurring payments. It is up to you to prolong or cancel your subscription. Without
your authorization no subscription will be prolonged. |

I paid, but I did not receive my confirmation E-mail
Some SPAM protection programs regard all automated e-mails as SPAM, so you may want to check your
SPAM folder for the missing e-mail before you contact us. |

I cannot send a postcard, or comment or do anything but look at thumbnails!
You have not registered or logged on to the system. You have to do that to get access to all features. |
